It started quietly. A student with no savings, some fabric, and a borrowed iron that smelled like toast. He made a shirt. It wasn’t great. But someone wanted it anyway. So he made another. And another. Shirts started stacking up—on chairs, in boxes, under the bed.

Soon he needed shelves. Not for show, you know? For actual folded stock. The kind you pack by hand. He moved out of the dorm, set up a space (small, dusty, but it worked). No middlemen. Absolutely no print-on-demand. Just fabric in, shirts out, stacked and ready before any order even came in. That’s how we still roll.

The ready stuff. We make things in batches. Not mass batches. Just enough to hang, count, shelve, you know? Cotton tees for warm weather. Fleece for cooler days. We really try to keep all shirts in stock. But yeah, sometimes it just zips out the door before the others (it happens). Everything lives at 614 Palace Pkwy, Spring Creek, NV 89815, United States. The things you change. You want your kid’s drawing on the back? Or maybe move the print three inches lower? We’ve seen it. We’ve totally done it. 

Making Process – Bit by Bit, Not All at Once

Materials. We use stuff from places we actually know. Like, we call them:

• Mood Fabrics, NY — that’s where we get the really soft cotton. It’s washable. Doesn’t twist after drying, thankfully.

• Fabric Wholesale Direct, NJ — good for solid fleece. It’s heavy, holds ink well. Doesn’t pill easily, which is nice.

Every few months, we bring in fabric. You know, a big delivery. Like 400–600 meters of cotton, and about 300 fleece. That gets us maybe 1,200 shirts, sometimes less. Depends if we mess something up. Or miscount the bolts. (Yes, it’s happened. More than once.)

Production. At 614 Palace Pkwy, Spring Creek, NV 89815, United States, we cut, sew, print. It’s kinda loud. It smells like fabric and, um, heat transfer film. We look at every single shirt. Someone grabs the scissors to trim threads. Another person checks the print alignment. Is it perfect? Nah, probably not. Is it solid? Absolutely. We try our best.

Custom Orders. Someone leaves a note in the cart: “Can you center this?” Another uploads a logo. We see those. We print those—if they make sense, obviously. If not, we’ll email you (from [email protected]) or maybe even call (at +1 (775) 225-9102 ) to ask. Just to be clear. Custom shirts usually take 1–2 days. Sometimes more if we have to fix something mid-way. You know, hiccups.

Shipping. We pack from our own shelves. Not some third party. Then, USPS, UPS, or FedEx comes to pick it up. You’ll get tracking via email within a day or two. Delays? Rare, but sometimes paper jams or misprinted labels slow us down. We fix them. We always fix them. Then we ship. You should usually see it in 5-6 business days.

Who’s Doing This

There are five of us here, working side-by-side. No cubicles. Just machines, tables, and a small speaker in the corner playing low lo-fi beats. Everyone knows what’s shipping that day. We fold. We reply to emails. Sometimes both at once, if we’re being honest.

More than 20 folks help with sewing. We don’t own a giant factory. These are people we know. They work by pattern, not by some crazy quota. It’s more personal, you know?
