1. General Conditions for Acceptance of Returns
To qualify for a return, your product must meet all of the following conditions:

Return Period: The request must be submitted within 60 calendar days from the date you received the product, as shown on the tracking delivery confirmation.

Product Condition: The item must be in original, unused condition, showing no signs of wear, washing, stains, damage, or alteration. All original parts, tags, labels, accessories (if any), and packaging must be intact and included.

Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice, order confirmation email, or any other proof of purchase is required to process your return.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected or subject to partial refunds at Shaweun’s sole discretion.
2. Return Procedure by Case
A. Returns Due to Shaweun’s Fault
(Damaged Product, Printing Error, Wrong Delivery)
We take full responsibility if you receive a product that is:

Physically damaged: Broken, torn, stained, or otherwise damaged during shipping.

Printing defect: Print is faded, peeling, misaligned, or significantly different from the approved design.

Incorrect delivery: You received the wrong product, size, color, or style from what you ordered.

Cost: Completely free ($0). Shaweun will issue a prepaid return shipping label for you.

B. General Return (Change of Mind, No Longer Needed)
This applies if your product is in perfect working and aesthetic condition, but you:

Cost: Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend:

Packing the product securely to prevent any damage in transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product to confirm it is in original, unused condition, we will issue a refund for the product value only (excluding the original shipping fee).
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed defect or error caused by Shaweun:

Gift Cards – Non-refundable once issued.

Final Sale Items – Products marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
If any of the above items arrive damaged or defective due to our fault, they will still be eligible for replacement or refund under our “Shaweun’s Fault” policy.

Important Note: After Shaweun issues your refund, your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–7 business days to post the funds to your account. This timeframe is outside of Shaweun’s control.
6. Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees. The full eligible refund amount will be returned as long as the product meets our return conditions.
